This year, Phuket will host the Thailand Travel Mart Plus Amazing Gateway to the Greater Mekong Subregion (TTM+) for the first time. Themed “New Shades of Responsible Travel”, the event will take place on 1-3 June 2020 at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa. One of the region's most powerful sectoral fairs, it will bring together industry professionals from around the globe.
The 19th “green”edition aims to establish Phuket as a responsible tourism destination, with zero waste and comprehensive environmental protection. All business appointments have been divided into three broad categories: Responsible Tourism, Health and Wellness, and DMC Tour Operators.
In 2019, Thailand Travel Mart Plus was held in Pattaya and generated THB2.77 billion in revenue.
Registration for the TTM+ is open until 30 January. The event is organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
