Siam Park Bangkok Co., a large amusement and theme park operator, will begin developing a new retail and entertainment project this year. Bangkok City will feature replicas of Bangkok's major historical attractions and trade districts.
The main office and ticket sales area in front of Siam Park's entrance will be pulled down and a two-storey building will be built to house a customer service center, a restaurant, meeting rooms for 50-250 people and a ticket office. The other 12 buildings are going to be retail and entertainment anchors. The company’s service will be extended with a night market. The project is expected to be completed by 2020.
