Thailand ranked 46th globally and third among ASEAN countries for ease of doing business, according to a report issued by the World Bank.
The annual report, "Doing Business 2017: Equal Opportunity for All", has been published by the World Bank for 14 consecutive years. It covers 11 regulatory areas affecting the business environment in 190 countries. Topics include starting a business, dealing with construction permits, getting credit, and resolving insolvency issues.
