The program includes:

Ancient temple of Angkor, Tonlesap Lake, air tickets, accommodation, meals.

Built between the 9th and 12th centuries, Angkor, the precious treasure of Cambodia, was the capital of the once-powerful Khmer Empire. You can easily get there from Thailand and this trip will leave an impression.

At present, the ruined city takes up 200 square kilometers and includes more than 100 temples and palaces. An aerial view of Angkor reveals its resemblance with a 10,000 year-old sky map. You will visit the imposing Angkor Wat with its religious anaglyphs and steep stairs, said to have inspired Rudyard Kipling’s creation of his famous “Jungle Book” stories and the character Mowgli; Angkor Thom, a unique city-within-a-city, Prasat Bayon with its enormous faces wearing sad smiles, Tha Prom, which became famous as a location for the film Tomb Raider – this is where you can feel the overwhelming mystery of this country.

You will take a boat tour of Tonle Sap Lake, often dubbed as the Cambodian Sea. You will visit the floating village, with its shabby stilt houses, and have a glimpse of the daily routines of its modest inhabitants, so simple, yet so intriguing.

You will also visit Siem Reap, the spellbinding tourist capital of Cambodia, where you can sample authentic Khmer cuisine on the famous Pub Street and buy local souvenirs.

Note: Please do not forget your passport and return ticket to Thailand.
